I wish to express concerns raised with me by a Lancefield family in their application for a kindergarten inclusion support service (KISS) package for their three-year-old daughter, who is ready to start four-year-old kindergarten next year.

It is a matter that the state Labor opposition treats very seriously because it relates to a significant report by the Office of Police Integrity (OPI) entitled Crossing the Line, which has exposed a great deal of political interference by the Baillieu government in the operations of Victoria Police.
